Booking through Niche Connect and Calendly

The appointment link leads to the Lawyers Money booking page in Niche Connect. When appointments are available, that page identifies the adviser and firm, shows the conversation type and duration, and links to the applicable privacy notice before you continue. If online appointments are unavailable or the calendar is not connected, use our onsite enquiry form to ask for help.

To continue, you enter your name and email address and tick a separate request to share your name, email and appointment details with the named adviser and firm using Calendly. Submitting that request creates an introduction record in Niche Connect, including the chosen service, adviser, consent record, notice version and time. The record exists even if you do not finish choosing an appointment.

Only after that submission does the portal load Calendly or provide a link to the booking page. An opaque reference connects the appointment with the introduction; the reference does not contain your name or email. Calendly asks for the details needed for the selected meeting. Use the same email address so the booking can be matched. Any additional questions on the adviser’s Calendly page depend on that adviser’s settings.

When the connection is operating, verified Calendly updates record the booking name and email, meeting type, start and end time, booking status, booking identifiers and cancellation or rescheduling links in Niche Connect. Cancellation and rescheduling updates help keep the introduction record current. A request to continue, opening the calendar or selecting a time is not confirmation: your appointment is booked only when Calendly confirms it.

The portal uses request identifiers and security checks, including limits based on hashed email and IP information, to prevent duplicate or abusive requests. It does not ask for account balances, financial account numbers or health information in its initial booking form.

If you use the contact form

If online booking is unavailable, you can use the form on Lawyers’ Money to request an introduction to Lawrence Bearman at Westminster Wealth Management LLP. We receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected career stage and broad planning topic. Do not include financial account numbers, identification documents, detailed financial records, health information or information about another person.

Your request is sent to our website server and saved privately in our hosting account. The server saves your request before attempting separate email notifications to our business inbox and Lawrence Bearman at Westminster Wealth Management LLP. It does not require your email application to open.

The form’s unticked checkbox asks for your agreement to Compliant Paraplanning Services Ltd, trading as Lawyers’ Money, sharing your contact details, career stage and planning topic with Lawrence Bearman at Westminster Wealth Management LLP so he can contact you directly. Submitting the form with that agreement requests the introduction; you do not need a preliminary call with Lawyers’ Money. It does not book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing. Westminster Wealth Management is responsible for its own use of your information: read its privacy notice.

We rely on your consent to share this enquiry for the named introduction. You can withdraw it by emailing steven@compliantparaplanningservices.co.uk. Withdrawal does not undo sharing already lawfully carried out. Our legitimate interests in operating a reliable enquiry service, keeping a record of the request and preventing misuse cover the related administration and security processing.

Where form requests are kept

Hostinger processes the form submission as our website host. The server copy is stored outside the publicly accessible website folders. Authorised people handling the enquiry can access it. The Niche Connect portal uses Cloudflare hosting and database services. Microsoft handles incoming email for our business domain.

The form and portal record a reference, receipt time, consent and privacy-notice version, the wording you agreed to, and the named adviser and firm. It also stores a protected hash derived from your IP address for limiting repeated requests; the enquiry record does not store the raw IP address. Separate hosting logs may contain it.

If you arrive through a tagged link, the form can include the campaign source, medium, name, content and search-term label, along with the landing page, submission page and referring website origin. We use these to understand which pages and campaigns generate enquiries. These tags travel in website links; this does not add advertising pixels, advertising cookies or browser storage.

A necessary session cookie helps protect the form and prevent duplicate submissions. It contains a session identifier, rather than the name and contact details entered in the form. Technical request information is also processed for website security and fault diagnosis. We also record your enquiry in our Niche Connect portal to administer the introduction and track its source and progress. Authorised administrators can see the enquiry and campaign details; the named adviser can see the contact and planning details assigned to them. A temporary portal outage does not prevent the website from saving your enquiry.

How long we keep form requests

Private website copies older than 90 days are deleted when the form service next runs. This cleanup applies to the website copy and runs when someone uses the form service. Correspondence in our business inbox and any related enquiry records follow the retention criteria below.

We keep enquiry correspondence while responding to your request and any related follow-up. When deciding whether it still needs to be kept, we consider whether the enquiry is closed, whether you requested an introduction, whether a complaint or dispute remains unresolved, and any applicable legal record-keeping requirement. We review information against those needs and delete it when it is no longer needed.

You can request access, correction or deletion, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, by contacting Steven Calvert at steven@compliantparaplanningservices.co.uk. A deletion request may be subject to a continuing legal reason to keep particular records.

If you email us

We receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, your message and the related correspondence. You can initially give a brief description of what you need. Please do not send account numbers, identification documents, detailed financial records, health information or information about someone else.

We use this information to respond, clarify your request and discuss whether an introduction may be available. Emailing us does not book an appointment or agree to financial advice. Providing information is your choice, although we need a way to reply if you want a response.

Why we use information

Our lawful basis for responding to enquiries, keeping the related correspondence and protecting the website is our legitimate interests in running a reliable enquiry service, answering people who contact us, and preventing misuse. We also use information where necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation.

We ask for your consent before recording a named-adviser introduction or booking request and sharing the details described on that form. Our onsite introduction form covers contact details, career stage and planning topic; the booking route covers contact and appointment details. This is separate from marketing consent. You can withdraw that permission by emailing us; withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully carried out. We may retain records needed to demonstrate your request or address a complaint.

We do not treat a website visit, introduction form submission, booking request or email enquiry as permission for marketing.

Website visits and calculators

Hostinger hosts this website. Its servers process technical information such as your IP address, the time of a request, the page or file requested and browser or device information. This supports delivery, security and fault diagnosis.

The public calculators perform their calculations in your browser. Their input values are not submitted by the calculator script. This public release does not add advertising pixels or marketing tracking tags. Simply viewing Lawyers’ Money does not send your name or contact details to an adviser or load the Calendly booking widget.

When you follow the appointment link, your browser connects to the separate Niche Connect portal. If you continue to Calendly, Calendly receives the technical information needed to display its service and may use cookies or similar technologies. Its privacy notice explains those technologies and available choices. Other external links also take you to services with their own notices.

Who handles information

Authorised people handling your enquiry or appointment within Compliant Paraplanning Services Ltd can access the information needed for that work. Our website hosting, portal infrastructure and business email providers process information to deliver those services. Hostinger hosts Lawyers’ Money; the Niche Connect portal uses Cloudflare hosting and database services through Sites; Microsoft handles incoming email for our business domain.

Lawrence Bearman at Westminster Wealth Management LLP is the named recipient of the permitted details from our onsite introduction form and follows up directly. The adviser named on the booking screen receives the permitted introduction and appointment information for that route. Calendly processes scheduling information for the adviser’s booking service; the adviser firm is responsible for its own advice and for explaining how it uses your information. We may also disclose information where legally required.

Service providers and overseas processing

Hosting, email and scheduling services can involve processing outside the UK. The providers publish information about their international processing and safeguards. Hostinger’s terms include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for relevant restricted transfers. You can ask us for more information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry or booking.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep enquiry correspondence and booking records while dealing with your request, appointment and related follow-up. When deciding whether information still needs to be kept, we consider whether the enquiry or appointment is complete, whether a complaint or dispute remains unresolved, the need to demonstrate introduction permission and appointment changes, and any applicable legal record-keeping requirement. We review information against those needs and delete it when it is no longer needed.

You can ask us about information we hold or request deletion using the contact details above. A deletion request may be subject to a continuing legal reason to retain particular records. Records held by an adviser or Calendly are also subject to their applicable arrangements; deleting an enquiry does not automatically cancel an appointment.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, have it deleted, or restrict its use. Other rights, including portability and withdrawal of consent, apply where the relevant legal conditions are met. Contact us using the details above to make a request.

You have the right to object to our use of your information on the basis of legitimate interests. Tell us what you object to and why so that we can consider your request.

Questions and complaints

Please contact Steven Calvert at steven@compliantparaplanningservices.co.uk if you have a concern about how we handle your information. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookieless website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, public pages viewed, referring websites and website performance. This analytics service does not set analytics cookies, use local storage or fingerprint visitors to identify them or follow them across websites. It does not receive the details you type into our enquiry forms or calculators, and its reports do not include URL query strings.

Your browser sends page and referrer information and technical performance measurements to Cloudflare when a public page loads. IP addresses are necessarily processed in delivering the network request; Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data. We use the resulting statistics to improve this website and understand referral sources, including identifiable links from AI services. A visit from an AI service does not prove a citation, and visits without a referrer cannot be reliably assigned to one.

This is separate from the campaign attribution attached to an enquiry and from any necessary session cookie used by the enquiry form. Analytics is not installed on the private adviser portal or the form submission endpoint. Cloudflare's dashboard currently provides the previous six months of analytics data. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare's privacy information.
